User agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) regulates the relationship between LLC "Nordic Travel" (hereinafter Nordic Travel or the Administration) on the one hand and the User of the nordictravel.ua site (hereinafter the Site) on the other.

The Nordic Travel website is not a mass media.

By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not use the nordictravel.ua site!

Subject of the Agreement

The Administration grants the user the right to post the following information on the Site:

• text information.

Rights and duties

The user has the right to:

• search for information on the Site;
• receive information on the Site;
• comment on the content posted on the Site;
• copy information to other sites indicating the source;
• request the administration to hide any information about the user;
• require the administration to conceal any information provided by the Site user;
• use the information on the Site for personal non-commercial purposes;
• use the information on the Site for commercial purposes with the permission of the Administration.

The administration has the right to:

• at its discretion and as necessary to create, change, cancel rules;
• restrict access to any information on the Site;
• create, change, delete information;
• delete accounts;
• refuse registration without explaining the reasons.

The user undertakes:

• ensure the reliability of the information provided;
• to ensure the preservation of personal data from access by third parties;
• do not copy information from other sources;
• not to disseminate information aimed at propaganda of war, incitement of national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is provided
• do not disrupt the functionality of the site;
• not to create multiple accounts on the Site, if in fact they belong to the same person;
• not to take actions aimed at misleading other users;
• not to transfer your account and/or account login and password to third parties;
• not to post materials of an advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive nature, as well as other information, the posting of which is prohibited or contrary to the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine;
• not to use scripts (programs) for automated information collection and/or interaction with the Site and its Services.

The administration undertakes:

• to maintain the functionality of the site, except when it is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration;
• to carry out comprehensive protection of the User's account.

Responsibilities of the parties

The user is personally fully responsible for the information distributed by him.

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement enters into force upon full or partial use of this Site.

The agreement becomes invalid upon the appearance of a new version.

The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this Agreement at its discretion.

The administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
