1.1. To confirm the reservation, the TOURIST pays to the TOUR OPERATOR:
The tourist undertakes to pay the TOUR OPERATOR the specified amount within two banking days from the date of booking the tour. If the agreement or invoice specifies other payment terms, then the terms from the agreement or invoice apply.
1.2. Full payment for the travel product and travel document must be made no later than:
Non-payment or incomplete payment of the cost of a tourist product within the time limits specified by the TOUR OPERATOR is considered a refusal of the tourist product at the initiative of the TOURIST.
1.3. Payment is considered completed at the moment it is credited to the TOUR OPERATOR's bank account.
1.4. In case of delay by the TOURIST in full payment of the cost of the tourist product, the TOUR OPERATOR reserves the right to cancel the reservation with the imposition of penalties according to the tables in clause 2.3.
2.1. The TOURIST has the right to refuse to fulfill the Agreement before the start date of the tourist trip, subject to payment to the TOUR OPERATOR of the expenses actually incurred by him for the services provided before this message.
2.2. The TOUR OPERATOR has the right to refuse to fulfill the Agreement only subject to full compensation to the TOURIST for damages confirmed in the prescribed manner and incurred as a result of termination of the Agreement, except in cases where this was due to the fault of the TOURIST.
2.3. If the TOURIST refuses the booked travel services, the TOURIST will be returned the money he paid, minus penalties, which depend on the type of tour and are indicated in the contract or invoice. Standard cancellation conditions are shown in the tables below. If the contract or invoice specifies other cancellation conditions, then the conditions from the contract or invoice apply.

The cost of tickets for regular flights will be refunded to the Tourist only in accordance with the airline's rules. The cost of railway tickets is refunded in the amount established by the railway ticket office.
3. If the following circumstances occur:
The Tourist is subject to a fine in the amount of 100% (one hundred) percent of the total cost of the Tourist Product.
4. In case of refusal of the TOURIST from the booked tourist services, the TOUR OPERATOR informs the Embassy of the corresponding country, which in turn cancels the TOURIST's visa (in cases where there was a need to obtain a visa for this trip).
5. In the event of a Tourist’s refusal of tourist services that are partially or fully provided or consumed by the Tourist during the high season, the previously agreed amount of the Tour Operator’s expenses for booking and processing the tour is 100% of the cost of tourist services, regardless of the timing of the Tourist’s refusal of tourist services. High season means holidays, as well as the periods from December 25 to January 15, from April 27 to May 10, from June 1 to August 31. The motives and reasons for the Tourist’s refusal do not change the amount of the previously agreed upon and above-mentioned expenses of the Travel Agent/Tour Operator for booking and processing the tour.
