The northernmost capital of the world has something to surprise you: the rocket-like building of Iceland's main cathedral, Halgrimskirkja, the ultra-modern Harpa concert hall, the Perlan Center, a boiler room and art object with a winter garden where exhibitions and concerts are held. On the city's waterfront, the sculpture "Solar Traveler" is frozen, as if waiting for its departure. It was installed in honor of Reykjavik's 200th anniversary and resembles the frame of a Viking boat, not only in appearance but also in size.
