  • Vigeland Sculpture Park

    In Frogner Park, you can see more than two hundred sculptures by Gustav Vigeland in bronze, granite and cast iron. He was also responsible for the architecture and design of the park, which has become one of the main attractions in Norway. More than a million people visit this place every year. The starting point of the park is the fountain, which was planned to be located near the Parliament building. But this plan was never implemented. The park is free to enter and is open all year round.

      The trip departures from the beach in Flåm and goes out along the Aurlandsfjord. If we are lucky we might get to see some eagle, seals or maybe an otter?

      There is a lot of history that goes far back in time in Aurlandsfjorden and this trip we will kayak out to Fronneset. Fronneset has stone-graves that dates back to the time when the vikings ruled the area. From fronnes we have a good view over to Otternes bygdetun which as a rich history that our guides will spend some time telling you about. Kayak out in the footsteps of the vikings as our guides tells you about the area and surroundings.

      The Flåm Railway
      With the Flåm Railway, the world's steepest and most beautiful train journey, you rise from zero to 867 meters above sea level in one hour, through spectacular Flåm Valley. The journey that starts in Flåm and ends in Myrdal, takes you through mighty mountains, lush nature and rushing waterfalls with steep falls. From Flåmsbana you can see, among other things, Kjosfossen, Kårdalsfossen, Rjoandefossen and Brekkefossen. The train has a short stop at Kjosfossen, where you can go out and take a picture up close.
